On 30th January, Serena and I uploaded our footage and started editing but then reaslised that our location which was Serenas house did not fit our storyline, we therefore are going to film today at my house. We found that Serena's house looked to family orientated and cosy, this is why we are now filming at my house which is more plain and empty which will suit our thriller opening of our film.

Risk Assessment

Members of Group: Christy and Serena
We filmed on tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th in Serena's house and by her road. We used a camera and tripod to perfect all of our shots. We used many close-up shots and behind the shoulder shots. We also used a tracking shot in our film opening which helped build up suspense as our our film is about a very curious character. There were possible risks involved, we had to be careful with traffic when filming on the road and we had to ensure sure we did not cause any inconvenience to any members of the public. We also had to be-careful when using the equipment as we did not want to knock anything over. I was responsible making sure that nobody tripped over the tripod.

We filmed on tuesday 17th January with a drama alevel student who will be taking part in our opening scene. We decided to film our short film Serena's house as we felt this location really suited our film. We have also sorted out where our titles will be placed after much consideration. We placed 'Channel 4 Productions' at the end of our short film but later changed it to the beginning as we decided that this would make more sense.

Digital Story Boards
Today Serena and I finished drawing our digital story boards. We have taken pictures of the images on the still image camera and have now uploaded the pictures, we are ready to edit them on final cut express.
Reseach opening film
Over the half term Serena and i researched valuable information that would help us with our film opening. We found out the things that are vital that we are going to include in our film opening, they are:
